Cancellation policy

I’m here to provide you with the very best care and attention. I attempt to be available during the times my patients most desire, and I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s lives. However, out of respect for both me as a practitioner and the patients who are trying to rearrange their busy schedules, I ask that you do your very best to not cancel appointments last minute or not show up for your scheduled appointment. In my commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of my patients, and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following clinic policies:

Arrival at the Office

Please arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time in order to ensure a complete session. This allows you the time needed to fill out any appropriate forms, and prepare for your treatment. It will also help you slow down and catch your breath from your busy day!

Tardy Policy

As you can imagine, late arrivals can be a significant setback to my schedule. As a courtesy to my patients, if you arrive late your session will be shortened to the remainder of your original scheduled appointment. I may choose to accommodate for lost time if I am able to, and will have to make timely adjustments to the retention time your needles sit, or not include cupping at the end of the treatment to make up for the lost time. If you are late and will not have time for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of that appointment fee.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge prior to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule with less than the aforementioned notice, or via voicemail after closing the business day preceding your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

No Show Policy

If a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, and does not provide any type of advanced notice, the patient will be charged the full price of the scheduled visit. We understand that sometimes life is a little out of your control, and that unforeseen circumstances happen. In other words, if you are going into labor, you will not be charged a no-show fee. Thank you for your understanding!

*Please Note: Not receiving an automated reminder is NOT an acceptable excuse for missing an appointment. These automated reminders should be considered a “bonus” to keep you on track with your schedule and should not be relied upon as your sole method of knowing when your appointment is.
